I will repair today if its fine skies. My large top bolt has slipped out and now its wobbly. Hoping I can make it a little looser and a better fit and my other ones are still good. How bout I do it now, before removing all the hubs and stuff from my car!!!

Drivers side fixed how bout you haha. Used poly bushings. Epoxy would be too brittle looking at it again. Superpro ones designed as swaybar link bushes for the BG work well after you cut off a few mm thickness around the top of one side. Hole squeezes over just. Width could be wider but should last heaps longer. Still missing the one that runs past the mirror as the bolts have simply disappeared! Will go to the wreckers and get another set.

You/i have to get bushes the correct measurements as per photos/drawings. Supercheap, repco sell them. I got mine accidentally from GSL and never returned them as I thought id use them sometime. The material is perfect though. Slides awesome with some grease and should last ages. Just went on the motorway, loads better! But to do the front and middle ones, I cut approx 3mm deep, 2-3mm in from the side, leaving it thicker for more support, if you don't cut it, it won't fit/slide in the track... The rear one is a little more complicated. Requires a larger bushing, mine was ok but the same process would work just the same.

To add to the above, I was lazy and dint want to remove the motor and tracks, so I just forced my bushing over it which wasn't easy but quicker. Had to round the edge with the knife, a countersinking bit would be easier..

Go to the wreckers. For the motor, wire, and one of the tracks I paid $25.

the solution doesn't include replacement of the second bush. buying 1 bush is good, but really need the second bush to complete the job.
