I've never worried about torque settings or tightening order on anything other than direct engine components. And even then I've always let someone else worry about it... For suspension F.T. is fine.

I ground the new turbo's inlet from 2" to 2.5" , and dropped the adaptor plate that I had cut off to the exhaust shop to have a bit of pipe welded on.

Once thats done, all thats left for the turbo upgrade is to build the airbox and maybe polish up the heat shield

Purchased another set of eyelids seeing I lost one on the Logan Motorway when heading to bourbs place after the August cruise...

Anyways, found a set on Ebay US, and couldnt believe i won the auction at USD $5.50!!! So all up including shipping & insurance is $64aud, not bad considering that the ones I originally had were like $70, and they were second hand...

Anyways here's a pic.. will hopefully get them in the new year (around mid January), and will go quite well with the Autoexe grille im getting off Rupe

Cheers
Marc

nice eyelids.

Thanks to help from Dan,

Gearbox came off, clutch came off , new clutch went on.

The old clutch was was still good, but I'd already bought the replacement, so I guess the old one is now a spare or to be sold. Flywheel looked ok and doesnt need to be machined.

Turbo inlet adaptor is done.

Time to start putting the b!tch back together !
