I used the Rx-7 series IV factory BOV with an air filter on it. I could've plumbed it back but never got 'round to it.
It worked a treat, made the phhhhhttttttttt noise and was realy cheap

A BOV can vent excess gas into the environment (frowned upon by many authorities) or vent back into the air cleaner (engine side of the air filter). Pipes are plumbing and plumb back means piped back to the air cleaner.
The origin of the law is that unburnt fuel is pollution and the air filter will prevent the fuel vapor becoming pollution. With a carburetor placed before the turbo the BOV will pollute. In an EFI vehicle this won't happen but the laws don't allow it any way. Plumb back BOVs are also quieter than atmospheric BOVs.

You will need to check your local laws.

Also note the factory computer is meant to have a plumback otherwise
the car will run rich as the AFM has measured x amount of air you are chuck some away through the BOV but the ECU adds fuel based on x. Its not a huge issue as the BOV is only open on offpedal but it will make your tips black up and the black puff of smoke between changes. If you can get a noisy plumback like Mik you got the best of both worlds noise and a little nicer on the fuel.

Turbosmart Type III Megasonic - the biggest and highest flowing BOV turbosmart make apart.
Very Very loud at say 25-26psi (actually pretty f*ing loud at any boost above about 6psi)
