OK,
Just got out from under the BA and boy are those chassis stiff, jack up the front and the back wheel comes up almost as much  (that's a good thing) The BA shifter bush is a cylinder with flared ends (like the kartboy ones but joined in the middle) and was very easy to remove. Dimensions are as follows: Overall length = 35mm Central length = 29mm (between the flared ends) Inside hole diameter = 14mm Outside centre diameter = 27mm Outside end diameter = 33mm BA front exhaust hangers 2 X 10mm holes the centres are 35mm apart 22mm depth BA rear h/top exhaust hangers 2 X 10mm holes the centres are 35mm apart 40mm depth diagrams and pictures to follow

exhaust hangers are the same, depth is 25mm though, but i've just put my hangers on the rear of my exhaust and even though they are slightly thinner they work fine....and the exhaust hardly moves. i highly recommend them!!!
will measure the shifter bushings tomorrow morning. fingers crossed. hopefully i wont have to take them out of my car because snert is coming over to install his AWR header....i dont think he's put in the kartboy bushings yet oh and another good thing, the guy i'll get the stuff off is having a sale at the moment....sounding good to me |

i have a feeling the hatch rear exhaust hangers look different to that.
i did a muffler swap not long ago. i'm sure there were 4 holes - more like the pic of the front one. tho only the bottom and top holes were used. maybe mine r different :? but worth a mention ... |

The 'Outside centre diameter = 27mm' is a close assumption as the center of the bush is ribbed (for your enjoyment) and I couldn't find my vernier calipers to measure the I/D of the housing.
Their is also a single intermediate exhaust hanger that I didn't measure. I must remember to re-grease the jack I was using, it got quite a work out lifting up half a car at a time.

the sp20 only has 4 hangers, 2 at the cat and 2 at the muffler. i'd say for the ba guys just to keep using the stock hanger for there.
the shifter bushing sounds right, but will check tomorrow. |

news. couldnt sleep so i got back on the computer (as you do), anyway, recd a message from the guy we're going to be getting the shifter bushings and exhaust hangers through.
here's the prices (plus your share of whatever the shipping is) : bushings $21.50 usd (usually $25 ) hangers $27 usd (usually $28 ) t-shirts $10usd ea (normal price - here's a pic : http://www.allwheelengineering.com/b...oy/kb-w001.jpg ) - it also comes in yellow with black writing and comes in sizes M, L and McDonalds (XL) so to sum up - the exhaust hangers definately fit the BA and BJ the shifter bushings - we'll know tomorrow. dont forget, the more we buy, the bigger discount we'll get so if you wanna add or change what you want to buy, change your name on the list : 1. ahb11m (hangers) 2. zed (bushings) 3. riceboy (bushings & hangers) 4. odd12c (bushings) 5. pr1mo (bushings, hangers and tshirt - what size and colour pr1mo?) 6. jynx (bushings) 7. mazdaspeed (bushings) 8. dogo (bushings) 9. pree (bushings) 10.
