for $500 there's no way you'd be able to go FI (be it supercharger or turbo)

realisitically, i'd do the (reground) camshafts and port n polish the intake/inlet manifold and head, as i think your car already has extractors/exhaust
i don't think you'd get 30kw out of that, but you'd be a lot closer
