Plz draw diagrams

I attempted to fit a number of ways, it is a replica, didn't particularly want to fit any other way. Input?

Ah yeah, Ryan's right - that inset in the middle of the black lip should sit directly under the tow hook, not under the red part.

As per: http://www.astinagt.com/323_brochures/BA_MS_Lantis.pdf

Indeed that was my intended fitment, but alas, would not want to fit that way at all!

Might need to modify it I'm thinking.

Give me something to do this week!

The genuine MS ones have a cutout for the towhook, if i recall correctly. CBF going outside to check - it's too cold!

Its got the cut out, the problem with fitment was that on the inside of the lip it has an edging that obstructed where it need to sit 'on top' of the front of the bar...

Does that make sense?

How are you finding the exhaust?

Well i tried again, removed bar, required a lot of persuasion and its still not 100%... but it'll be okay for now i suppose.

Exhaust is good! Prety mild note, but its nice. Dosnt blast mine, or anyone else's ears!

The cutback is relatively tame, just a mild note, u barely hear it from in the cabin, but its got a bit of bark to it outside. Its quite nice!

Since my motor shat itself I'm currently really stumped at what i should do at this point

I've been trying to research around about a replacement motor.

i can get a kfze from mazbits here in sydney, 1550, installed +700, plus parts (water pump, clutch, timing belt, need new engine mounts swell)

klze is out of the question, simply way to hard to get a hold of.

BPT is out, seeing as it won't meet my emissions or match my chassis etc (must be BA equivalent i.e. can't use something from a BG must be the same as BA or newer)

Urgh. so stuck...
I could maybe swap the motor myself with help from mates, but unsure about the sensor's/ecu and wiring side of things on that spectrum with going from DE to ZE

Does anyone have part numbers/prices/brands for

Timing belt
waterpump
engine mounts

to suit ?

The extra is a bit more then I can afford on top of all, and if I'm going to be doing the swap I want something that will be pretty straight forward and easy to do.

That why I'm leaning toward the kfze, but still insure about the wiring side...

Still alive, getting there, currently pulling the old motor out of the car.
Looks like a milkshake machine on the inside of the oil filler.

The ze is still sitting in the hardtop, need to sort out everything on mine to prep it for transplant first.

trying to figure out little things ill be doing in the process.
so far list sits

ball joints
stock springs back in
new slotted rotors in front
new engine mounts
centre console bits from the hardtop

this list will get bigger, need to remember more items, ill leave this hear as a reminder!
