yeah but watching paint dry doesn't keep you confined, you can stop and get out.

Getting quotes from wreckers. Kinda depressing, but better than nothing I guess.

^^ Awww noes! are they any decent though?

Went and sat in Department of Transport for a hour and a half to be told that "I dont own my personalised plates" My response was literally "Well who the f*ck does?" he goes away, comes back with a supervisor, 5 minutes later of "Who's number plates are these" "What car was it attached on" etc etc, turns out i own my plates with my name on it. Weird huh?

Anyways, car is now registered in my name and gone back to the good old personalised plates haha. My parents think that it now looks the same as the SP20 "Just on steroids"

Better and worse than what I was expecting. And I wasn't sure what to expect. Somebody told me maybe a grand, someone else like $150. I could likely get $400.

Today I was literally still working until the sun went down and I.couldn't see anything. 12.5 hours. Stupid. Anyway the awesome supervisor bought us cases of beer to share. I've never seen so much alcohol disappear down 8 people's throats! Good end to the crazy week that was. Also found out I'm done week after next on this job. Aah well. It'll be a 3k pay or more hopefully.

It's finally stopped raining (well for now) and the cloud has lifted a bit. We have never ever been able to see Maroochy River from our house. But today we have riverside views (Image has been zoomed for your viewing pleasure) I think its rained a little too much!!

got my ancient 4th gen ipod fixed... the hard drive died, so I bought a compactflash adapter box and a 32gb sandisk CF card... now it should last!

waiting for it to recharge with the thing still apart so that I can evaluate the battery and replace if necessary before I put it back together
